Agenda for Den Meeting on 9-30-2010

Introductions

Review Bobcat Requirements for new scouts. (A good review for existing scouts as well)

1. Learn the Cub Scout Motto: Do Your Best
2. Learn the Cub Scout Sign
3. Learn the Cub Scout Salute
4. Learn and say the CUB SCOUT PROMISE:
5. Say the LAW OF THE PACK.  Tell what it means.
6. Tell what WEBELOS means:
7. Show the CUB SCOUT HANDSHAKE.
8. With your parent or guardian, complete the exercises in the booklet, How to Protect Your Children from Child Abuse.

Achievement #1 – (30 minutes)

a. Play catch with someone 10 steps away. Play until you can throw and catch.

b. Walk a line back and forth. Do it sideways too. Then walk the edge of a board six steps each way.

c. Do a front roll.

d. Do a back roll.

e. Do a falling forward roll.

f: See how high you can jump

Complete Leave No Trace and Achievement #7d

• Pick up Litter (bring gloves and bags) ~10-15 minutes

• Event signup is through your Den Leader. Signup and Payments made to me and I will deliver to Mike General.
• Scouts are required to wear their uniforms to all Pack Meetings (Except Halloween) Class B T-shirts will be available to purchase for den meetings if you would like.
• Dues - $40 for Wolves, payment due by October 26^th. Payment go to me.
